  • What do I need to rent a car?

You must have held a valid driving licence for more than 3 years, be at least 23 and have a credit car.

  • Can I collect the car at any time?

You will be able to collect your car 24 hours a day from the airports with previous reservation from Monday to Sunday. For the rest of the offices the hours are as follows: working days from 8.30 until 19.00. Saturdays mornings only: from 8.30 until 13.30 and Bankholidays from 10.00 until 13.00. Vehicles can not be return or collected on Sundays.

  • How can I collect my car if my flight arrives at nigh time or if is delayed?

As long as you give us your flight number and the estimated arrival time a member of our staff will be waiting for you to give you your car.

  • Can I return the car to a different office than the one I collected it from?

Yes you can, but in this case the price will be increased as a consequence of having to change the return office.

  • Can I travel outside Spain with my rented car?

It is strictly forbidden to drive outside Spain, even Peninsular Spain, with your rented car.

  • What happens if the car breaks down?

Our vehicles are always thoroughly checked and delivered in perfect condition. However, should your car break down you will have a telephone number that you can ring where your case will be dealt with and where a solution to the breakdown will be provided as soon as possible the best way.

  • Can I ask for an estimate and make a reservation by phone, email or fax?

Yes, our web site is at your disposal to consult prices and to make a reservation which can also be made by phone, fax or email.

  • Can I reserve a particular make, model or colour of car?

No.  We can not guarantee a particular model or colour or whether it is going to be diesel or petrol. You can only reserve a model which will correspond to a group of similar models, although we will do everything possible to met your requirements depending on availability. Should we not have the vehicle that you have requested we will provide you with another one of higher class.

  • How much should I pay for the fuel?

The price of the fuel will vary depending on the model. It ranges between 45€ and 120€.

  • Must the vehicle be driven by just one person or can it be driven by relatives and friends as well?

The vehicle can only be driven by the persons mentioned in the contract. We offer the possibility to include up to three drivers.

  • How can I make my reservation by phone?

Simply dial +34 96 643 50 20 where we will be happy to help you Monday to Friday from 8.30 until 13.30 and from 16.00 until 19.30. Saturdays from 8.30 until 13.30. Sundays closed. Holidays (not Sundays) open from 10.00 until 13.00.

  • Can I request an estimate prior to my reservation?

Of course. All you need to do is to make your reservation through our web site and you will receive your estimate instantly. You can also request it by phone, fax or email, stating the dates and the type of vehicle you wish to hire.  With complete privacy and no-obligation from your part.

  • Why should I carry a credit card?

Being the holder of a credit card is an indispensible requirement to rent a car, to avoid any extra costs and to maintain our competitive price policy.

  • What kind of insurance does the price include?

Just the obligatory third-party insurance.

  • Do I have to leave a deposit?

No, but you should make the payment through a credit card and sign the authorisation for the charges of the rental and any additional services that may be generated from it to be made.

  • What is the SCDW?

It is an additional insurance which for a daily amount covers most aspects which are not contemplated in the obligatory insurance. It is highly advisable.

  • What is the Super SCDW?

The SCDW covers all aspects which are not included in the SCDW. Wheels including wheel rims and tyres, down parts,…fuel mistakes in the report are excluded.

  • What is the cancellation policy? Are there any charges?

There will be no cancellation fee as long as you let us know with 24 hours notice. We suggest that you make your reservation in advance to guarantee availability as well as the best price.

  • How can I cancel my reservation?

Either by email or fax indicating your name and reservation number.

  • Is there any cancellation fee?

No, as long as you give us 24 hours notice before the collection of your vehicle.

  • The rental has been paid.  How do I get a refund?

If the full amount has been paid at the time you cancel your reservation, we will immediately proceed with the cancellation/refund to be made into your credit card. Please note that banks take a few days to do this.

  • I have reserved my car but I have not received the confirmation. What shall I do?

If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of having booked  you should contact us in case any anti-spam filter has been activated or in case there has been a failure in the communications network.

  • I want to add another driver. What shall I do?

Any additional driver must be notified when collecting your vehicle. All he/she needs to do is to show his/hers driving licence and valid proof of identification.

  • Can I book more than one car in the same reservation request?

No. You must fill in as many reservation requests as vehicles you wish to hire.

  • I want to return my car when the office is closed. Is it possible?

When making your reservation you must indicate the exact day and time that you will be returning the car at the airport and follow the instructions given in the confirmation letter. It is not possible to leave your car at our local offices when they are closed.

  • I need to amend the data in my reservation, how can I do it?

You can do it by getting in touch with us either by fax or email indicating your name and reservation number as well as the changes you wish to make.

  • Do I get the best price if I book in advance?

Of course. The sooner you reserve the more availability and better price you will get.

  • Do I have to go to the office to extend the contract?

Yes, to extend the contract you must come into our office and sign a new contract with the extended rental time stated on it.
